- DIP 1 and DIP 2 are large and spread out — check which side of the area the building sits on and how far it really is from the station
- A lot of DIP housing is company accommodation, so ask whether the building takes individual tenants before you make the trip
- Green Community and the newer residential complexes sit at the top of the range, and for a quieter block the difference is usually worth it
- If you work late, check the last train from Dubai Investment Park before you rely on the metro — a taxi back from here is not a cheap fallback
- Ask who holds the tenancy contract — the owner, a licensed operator, or a tenant subletting. That answer decides how stable your arrangement is
